I'm a huge lover of the newer puzzle games like these and I was pleasantly surprised to find a game near my childhood (I grew up in Sarawak). What inspired you to make a game set in Borneo, did you visit it before? Did you have family that experienced/were affected by the war?

Frankly, I never thought of the history I grew up with as something that's interesting enough to put into a story (compared to ancient Chinese, Roman empire, Napoleonic, Egypt, etc.), let alone a video game. I'm more than impressed because even within Malaysia (or rather with west Malaysia), the history of Borneo isn't very well known, and SEA countries' histories is obscure to the rest of the world. Thank you for letting me learn new things that's close to home!

I’m really happy to hear this :)

I don’t have any personal affinity to the region, I just read about it when I was younger and when it came to finding an interesting setting for my game, it felt like a good choice. I did a lot of research and tried hard to be as authentic as possible. I’m glad that came through,
