The game keeps asking who I want to call (with only "cancel" being available)at the beginning and end of some conversations. This didn't happen in the demo so I'm pretty confused.

Okay, I already found the bug. This bug appeared as a result of the latest fixes I made in the game. What’s happening is that the event to call the girls on the phone is being triggered at the beginning and at the end of the conversation with the girl. But since you still don’t have any of their phone numbers, no option was showing up. I’ve already fixed it, so this won’t happen to you in the next update.
