I really like the game, I was considering supporting you on patreon, but there is no relevant information. The change log is not available unless I pay so how can I know if its worth paying how much content is there and what version do I get for the $5 tier.

The Patreon is there for those who wish to support the project and the developer. While it does give access to a newer version of the game, there is no requirement to support if you are not able to (or if you do not wish to).
That said, the changelog for the current Patreon-only release (0.5.2) is now publicly-available on the Patreon. ♥
