Sorry about the confusion with this personality. I've amended the post to remove the ambiguity. She's not actually a new feeder type, but can't be encountered outside of the Dizzy's facility. The change is that she now starts at level 20, as she only appears in the endgame.
Right now, she remains unfattenable, but I plan to change that in the Dizzy's & London update.
