1) Which part was FUN?
Enjoyed the feedback of every action I did. The effects you have and the overall feel for the game is nice. It still needs a visual overhaul imho to be more cute or leaner. Currently it feels out of place somehow. Enjoyed the genetics implementation with the genes. That is very interesting and a fun mechanic. 

2) Which part was FRUSTRATING?
I think you need to remove the popup texts. Every action the player does feel frustrating (at least to me). Did an action and now you block me from making another one. The bonuses, sheep events, everything that is happening as a result of my action should happen in real time and allow me to continue my actions. If I need help, then can stop and check the manual :D. No need to stop the player to tell them that there is a bonus. You can just have a vertical scroll popup that fades away on its own when the points and events happen. Basically, let the player play and not lock him out of the experience.  

3) Which part was CONFUSING?

I think the game overall is confusing as you get points no matter what xD. 

The overall experience of watching sheep and points is satisfying with an additional compliment that the idea is very interesting. Currently though you give the players free reign and they will get points no matter the outcome so it feels like a casino game (if that makes sense). It would be interesting to have a play be about a specific theme for example and then the audience expects something. Then the player needs to combine the sheep they have to make sure the audience is happy with the performance. You could have commentaries of the audience as bubles during the play as the player puts sheep (Do not block the player :) . Just have them as social clouds over the crowd memebers heads.) Think that would give a goal for the players imho.
