For being your second pixel art ever, it's very impressive! I think the bones(?) of the wings could be a bit darker so they look more like the rest of the gleeok. You can also fine tune the wings animation some more, it feels a little stiff when some of the wing is moving but the other part is still. The shading on the hands could be a little darker by the fingers so it's less flat, but hands are tricky for me to figure out too. The heads and the animation with the mouths are great, that's my favorite part!
