It's not perfect but at least it's only an hour so far and I can skip the text I guess, maybe fix a few early mistakes.

Not sure if I left it out but I met her two times so far, once in town and then in the bar but it stayed that way and I haven't seen her again.

Yes, unfortunately 0.8.1 allowed you to see Molly twice but not technically unlock her. That save will be stuck that way so you will have to return to something before then load into 0.8.2.
Again, really sorry, I made a big mistake in v0.8.1.

Can you maybe post me the favourites gifts again as a reminder? Just to copy it quickly I forgot to write it down, saves a little bit time.

After seeing her for the second time (first time in the bar), she should now be a contact in your phone. From then on, she is unlocked and can be found normally. If you click into her icon in the phone, you'll see the events and the criteria for the 3rd event. What is your current status for her in the phone?
