I like the idea of an exploratory game, but there were some issues I faced.
Upon opening the game, I didn't hear anything. I opened up Windows Magnifier and saw that it was looking for a room code. I just put in something random and hit "Host Game"
From there, I was placed in the game. I heard footsteps when I was walking, but only for a little bit, then I got lost. I looked closely at the screen and notice there was a green and blue patch of land and water. When walking around on there, I could hear footsteps, but still wasn't quite sure what to do.
After walking around, I noticed there were some items on the ground to pick up. There was no sound indicating I could do that though or even when I was near them, so I was at first confused. After picking up the items, I found them in my inventory.
I like the fact that the voice read out what I had.
I opened up the instructions, but had to arrow through them for it to begin talking. I found my way to the crafting menu and was able to craft a fire, but was wishing there was a fire sound effect.
I figured out that I could put sticks on the fire. to keep the fuel going.
After a while though, I was at a loss for what to do.
Overall, I think this is an okay start, but I'd really focusing on instructing the player through sounds on what to do and where to go. Also placing some walls in the area so we don't end up wandering off into the void.
