way too many changes since the last DD to list here, but these are the big ones:
- added more tracks
- added a manual tutorial
- added an automatic mode
- made some tracks easier
- made some arcade handling stuff more consistent
- improved performance
- added a replay viewer
- made the third-person camera follow the car correctly on loops
