1. If i take betrayal route with Sofia can i still join from the mansion to milk farm and do the yeti and lizard kinky quest?
2. What and when (IF when) will happen if MC doesnt stop Anna from drinking?

2. Nothing, you can continue to have the sex scene BUT you won't be able to progress Celeste's quest.

Negative, as much as I would like Sofia to be able to be invited in romance route, this is the balancing for the routes. Siding with Mario gives Sofia while siding with Sofia gives Emma.
