that folder is empty, Deleted everything in the /Packages just in case but still nothing.
Went through the local and deleted everything to do with your name "Qeian Tea" and evey Unity folder that was found in both Local and Locallow and still its bugged, even had it change from HDD to SSD, Doesn't work. so no idea where its getting the "playerPrefs" information from lol
