This was a friggin good time.
Title screen looks great, and the voice acting honestly surprised me (in a good way). I lost it at "Will find her and kill her... I mean bring her..." lol. And the death screens are so funny, I kept dying on purpose just to see more of them, which I've literally never done in any jam game.
The art is beautiful, and the animation/color palette choices are really nice. The story kept me interested the whole way through, and I loved little touches, for instance, when the slightly distorted guitar got added to the music track in the heaven/hell stage, when hell came into the picture. Also, "Don't be so sketchy" in the notebook level got me lol, and that whole section looked amazing.
The ending had me laughing. And love your acoustic song at the end. The chorus is pretty catchy. Seriously, more people need to see this.
