For fan art, it's fine if you post in the comments section, though people normally just post on their own SNS accounts (Twitter, Tiktok, FB, Tumblr, etc.).
As for translation, unfortunately I can't accept translation offers for this particular project since it's a commercial (paid) release, and accepting free translation work may put me in a complicated legal situation...
