Oooh, that scene has *a lot* of variations, haha! What happens in it depends on your character's personality and their relationship with Mand. Mandra only asks DC to say that when you're playing Mand's *friendship* route.

Ohh thanks! I tried to search for it since in one of the reply options was this heart that appears when you have activated the 'show romance indicator', so I thought that it deppended on the actions when I was doing in their route and that somehow I had skipped that scene, thanks for the help!
