If you’re asking about the extra quest from Uncle, then please read what I wrote above.
If you’ve reached the point in the main quest where you need to hire staff, all you had to do was open the Staff section to see that you need to level up "Renovation" for the employees to unlock. I don’t understand what days have to do with it.
