I really like the artwork and the sound design, and great job getting your game submitted. It has a clear minimalist style, which I think works well visually.

For me personally, the fun factor was held back a bit because it sometimes felt like I was fighting against my inputs. I am not fully sold on the core mechanic yet and I think it could use a bit more iteration. Right now the controls feel a little more complex than they need to be for accomplishing simple actions.

One thing that might help is introducing the mechanics more gradually in a short tutorial section. For example, give the player one item to learn, then layer in the next, and then the next. Breaking up the mechanical functionality like that can really help with onboarding and make the experience feel smoother.

I would also take another look at the control scheme to see if there is a way to simplify or streamline it. I think with a bit of refinement, the core idea could land much more strongly.

Yeah! I made all the levels in the last day and a half, so I couldn't really figure out how to get everything intuitive quick enough. I still am kinda stumped on how I coulda made handling the triangle and circle at once simpler, or maybe I could have made it so you could turn into one shape at a time, but I will definitely take this advice on my next game!
