Honestly have something with a lot of potential here.
I've read posts elsewhere so I understand that this early build is more or less a mechanical test at each person's non-upgraded baseline. Also assuming settings for things like audio and whatnot will come later.
With that in mind, the only suggestions I currently have are:
1. Speed up the struggle animation a bit. Its a bit jarringly slow, as in the timing of it feels...off? Hard to put into words so I hope you understand. Unless this is also something that's supposed to scale later, in which case disregard.
2. Honestly the current move-set is pretty easy to read and get out of the way of, and the belly-taunt & grab looking similar on startup is great imo. My only grievance is that kick. It comes out quick, has some decent range, and the hitbox feels like it reaches pretty far off to the sides. Could be skill issue, but I think it should be telegraphed a bit more; nothing drastic. Just a smidge more delay on it to read the animation and I think it'd be in a good spot.
3. Girl heals A LOT if you do get grabbed, especially if she decides to do more actions than moving around or waiting. I think getting digested should be the bigger heal, while being in the struggle state should heal her on the taunt/pat rather than (seemingly) every stationary action. To compensate, digestion should ramp up or just be all around faster. Same danger, just spread differently. Part of this suggestion is also the idea that digestion is just...really slow. In fact it only ever really felt like an "annoyance" (in quotes because we know what we're all here for lol) rather than any actual risk (I actually started abusing it to get stamina refills because I can mash keys like nobody else).
Lastly, here's some personal suggestions that are less about "maybe this could improve things" and moreso "would be fun for me personally to see":
1. Maybe some better burp audio, or at least a little more variety for it to pull from. Also personally feel struggle audio should be more sloshy rather than squelchy, considering the sounds she makes when hopping around. Would also rather have the "spit out" audio be a stronger burp than the coughs but I'm just spitballing.
2. Speaking of which, muffling belly audio a bit I think would be an all around boon for the "feel" of things.
3. My last personal suggestion is, and I say this knowing how it could be more effort than its worth to implement, some more animations after being devoured. Hell, maybe make them change up a bit (even sound wise) depending on how close to escape you are.
That's all this random lurker has for now, thank you for your time if you read all this. I know I yap a lot. I very much look forward to how this progresses, it's already very fun in spite of how "bare" it is!

Lol I just saw this as I was posting the newest update. I agree with most of what you've laid down. Changed the wiggling to better represent the spamming the player does, added an internal mode which DOES mute the audio. I recommend playing and seeing if it is more to your liking. Also have modified the kick as I got a lot of comments about that so should be smaller
As for the stuff like move sets that will be tackled eventually. I'm a one man team unfortunately so I have to work through the entire pipeline of development to get stuff out.
