Nice to see this still living! I really liked the concept when I first saw it and was looking forward to seeing it fleshed out, no pun intended. I found a bug in the newest version, though. When you try to plant seeds in the holes, it brings up the food menu instead, so you can't plant anything.

I reported that already, though the creator doing a big update, so might take a while I geuss for it to be fixed. In the meantime, just save the game and the load that save when you want to plant, and you will be able to do it (untill you try to feed an NPC, that is where the menu gets messed up)
