I am not sure what actually makes the enemy be huggable like i think i had plenty of them stunned but the chain thing didn't appear not sure what was that about but other than that its quite a nice game.
thanks for playing, you can hug them when their hp is 0. they got stunned if you shoot them or if they shot you like a cooldown but only when you see the hearts particles they became huggable
