The question about the Mini Medieval, will there be urban development?

If you are asking about this series of mine "https://v3x3d.itch.io/mini-medieval", I don't have any current plans for that.

That being said, it is possible at some point way in the future this is something I might add. Feels more like a Patreon exclusive type of content though since it doesn't exactly fit the theme of the series.

Why, a fairground square, for example, multi-story buildings would look very interesting. Thank you for your answer, but I have another question: according to the license, can I modify an asset in any way as long as I provide attribution?

Yep, that is correct, you can modify them how you like providing attribution.
