What part are you in? If you didn't trap her in room 202 then you can come back and use the lamp again.

Also that Karaoke booth will be accessible in Magic Ring and referencing that.

i tried to trap her in the room but she was too fast. i catched the ghost and then she came infront of the room before i could reach her. she walks down the hallway and stops at the wall. i dont know if i cant start it again i tried to do it but she didnt appear. i will try it again from the start on. thank you for the reply

You have to trap the other sister. She is visible once you catch the one with purple hairs with regular means. Like you catch any other ghost. Once you catch the purple hair ghost her red head sister goes to flower lamp room where you strike her with the rope.
