Just for clarification, when you say you've come to near the end of Kate's quest, did you already see her three times around the city (beach, park, bar)?
Yup I did all these 3 and then took a good pic of her for Gabriel, however im stuck at « Visit Kate’s place on Thursday », where when i visit her, she only has two dialogue and nothing else
I think you're supposed to visit her again at the mall and she'll say something new, and then you can see her again at her house on a Thursday for some sexy time.
I already did, and then I got the exclusive dialogue at her home, but now no matter how many time I come back it’s stuck on the 2 options and I can’t have sex with her, so I can’t finish the quest, you know how I can unblock myself ?
