I don't know about your example of MC x Leslie right in front of Paul where he watches as none of us on the team are fans of that.
But the sneaky stuff is already a thing in the game, although it's not currently in the context of deliberately doing it close to Paul. I imagine there will be more mischievious stealth stuff over time.
