It's in a complete BETA state. The entire story is there, scetch cgs and what i suppose could be considered 'first gen' sprites. Eventually there will be a final version with full colour cg, new sprites and an edited, streamlined, story.
But yes, this is in a completed state with the full story there and cgs. It's not just a demo.
