If you choose to remain quiet, the game does not explain the origin of the name Mei, unlike the other choice.
There are a lot of nice customization options. That said, the text stretches from left to right on fullscreen, which makes it a bit tricky to read. I don't know if there's an option to edit this.
Having the back button enabled helps as well.
It's short at the moment, but best of luck with finishing this game!
