In 0.9, you only need to give floppy disks to Omega kerfur for collecting reports, but is it possible to make a proposal on a paper?

Sadly you can no longer proposw to Kerfur omega now, to my knowledge.

It's a pity that the Nose removed this feature, sacrificing it to the new mechanics of collecting reports. The game is still fun to play, but the new version falls short of pre-alpha in some features, and the game has clearly become more stuffy.
