I get that it would be unfair if only some people used ai and other people didn't. That's fair. I worry that, as you pointed out, since we don't have good ways to check the extent that people are using ai that there will be people who use it in an unfair way. Maybe it would be better to allow everyone to use it so you don't hurt the chances of the honest people who refrain from its use.
