Manual 2.24Z - The manual explaining the Editor and Commands. Good place to start, as it's in English, however it only contain 2.24 features, meaning some new stuff are not explained and it has outdated terms. You can find the file by downloading from github or Moddb).
There is not a lot tutorial in english, so I recommend you look for japaneses tutorial.
