hey there! please make sure you're playing the game on a DX11 compatible machine & that you have installed the Unreal Engine prereq's if you haven't already (usually they're auto-installed if you've played any Unreal Engine game in the past
Sorry, I already checked the DX version, but it doesn't seem to be the problem because I have DX12, but it still doesn't work. And I don't know where to find the prerequisites or how to check if that's the issue.
