Sorry, I already checked the DX version, but it doesn't seem to be the problem because I have DX12, but it still doesn't work. And I don't know where to find the prerequisites or how to check if that's the issue.
I have the same issue, I don't know how to "downgrade" to DX11 when my system defaults to DX12...
