hey so idk if this topic has been talked before but in the beginning of the game if we say to Pierrot, to leave us alone(when we are closing the bar) he didn’t say anything to us that he can’t talk, but if we continue the game we say « I know he can’t talk in front of the people) so like maybe correcting that little mistake anyway amazing game ;)
Well, it was mostly in Italy and the custom sort of spread into France and even England. Commedia dell'arte is also called comédie italienne because it's just 'Italian comedy' and Pierrot is the French version of the name Pedrolino (though I do not think there are the same characters).
Basically, the actors might not even be Italians (performing in France). But commedia dell'arte is Italian and spread to have a French variant.
