The locked house in the market is bought by the girl at the first village in the beginning of the second act, you have to start giving her money until she tells you to give her all your money, if you do she will disappear and go to the house you mentioned.
tip, buying axes and reselling them will give you infinite money, talk to the girl after putting all your money on axes so you don't lose anything
