In version 0.4.4.2.1, is the anal sex feature not added yet? Also, when Yuna is wearing the default shirt she sleeps in, you can only make her lie face down if you donāt remove her clothes. And when sheās wearing the sweater, there arenāt many available interactions. You canāt even touch her breasts. Looking at the update logs, Iām really excited to try the new features as soon as possible. The game is really fun. Thank you.

As you can see, anal is in the game since 0.3.2, and nothing has changed in this area since then, aside from few bugs fixed here and there.
First of all undress her completely when she's laying on her back (face up) and then turn her around to shift legs for doggy position - this will allow you for doggy vag, doggy anal and ass licking interactions.
As for the sweater - yeah there are less interactions, as it would require dev to redraw each animation currently available with the sweater on her - so this is actually intended
