Another thing, Yes, it is up to the author to decide if it was NTR, like, are you genuinely retarded or something? the author created the narrative, if he wanted NTR, he would have explicitly stated it. Instead he writes it out that someone is raped, murdered, and we stumble upon the aftermath. Its meant to tell the character that his actions had unwanted consequences, Not to mention, even the homeless dude who raped her admits she was begging for mercy.
