This would be great if it was a toggleable option! It could add some more difficulty to the game, especially if you can control the severity of the pain. I like the idea of finding out you're pregnant this way too
also would like if you accidentally stain your clothes, need to buy pads, pain killers, and such.
also people will react to it, notice subtle discomfort or you may even get bullied for it.
also i would like if you can do some trouble making with it. Stain your roommates Bed among other things.
Probably some sort of bloodplay could come into play with kinkier NPCs
The community probably hates bullying since they want respectful smut evidently.
