The latest version of the game has always been released to Patreon supporters first. Then, when a newer version comes out, that one becomes public and free.
Demons Within has worked like that since release, although there have been some times when we released the supporter version to the public a bit earlier and the free and supporter version were the same for a while. Most of the time, however, that's not the case. Rest assured that the current supporter version will come out to the public at some point, as always!
