I want to start off by saying I've have a phobia of terminals /DOS prompt since childhood. So this was a growing moment for me, haha. But I really liked it! The checking ID's was a nice bit and I couldn't wait for whatever kind of guest would come in next. Guests kept arriving even after the rooms were filled so I didn't know what to do but send them away. After denying a bunch of times it ended with the black sedan. I also liked sound and graphic effects. If you continue the project, some ideas can be like when a spooky guests arrive, the text is upside down or jumbled because that's spooky, or after a power outage the character's face is gross looking for 1 second and then goes back to normal with a jump scare sound effect. Restarting the power generator could have a sound effect. One that popped in my head is the save spot in Alien Isolation where you prime the save terminal. Anywho, this was great! I really liked it! Simple, spooky, and fun, with a hint of childhood trauma!

This honestly made my day — thank you so much for playing the game and taking the time to write such a detailed review.

I love that it helped you confront your terminal/DOS phobia a little bit :)

I’m really happy the guest loop kept you curious — that was exactly the feeling I was aiming for.

I’m currently working on the 1.2 update, and I’ll definitely be exploring some of these ideas as I continue expanding the project. Your suggestions about distorted text, power outage effects, and generator sounds are fantastic. The Alien Isolation save terminal reference is especially inspiring.

Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback and for spending time with the game. It really motivates me to keep improving it.
