Phenomenal game. I've played about 30 jams entry so far and this is the one I spent the most time on!
The movement feels super good. It is very challenging but very rewarding to get it right. You've made the enemies be quite difficult so it feels amazing to escape them.
The overall pace of the game is super well done too. You can feel yourself getting stronger (more projectiles feel very satisfying!) and the enemies getting harder, all within the span of a few minutes. The gameplay loop is very well polished and its amazing you managed to add a shop too. I got the buy a second-life and some upgrades and got a +4 minute run, it felt very satisfiyng!
Also kudos on such a great tutorial, it definitely helped me lol
I don't know if this was intentional, or if I was misplaying, but I felt like the dash sometimes would fail me. Basically I would go through an area, instead of landing on it, so I would fall and take damage. This was the only thing that felt "unfair" but again maybe I'm bad XD
Also I played quite a bit and only saw one rare powerup. Maybe that was the intention but it felt really good to find one! Would be cool to see them more often
But overall this was truly a fantastic game, if there was a category for "most complete/ready for Steam game" this would be my #1. I've had a really great time playing it, amazing work!
