Dev likes to post updates regarding the progress he has made since previous post, so if you see on itch that the game has "updated" it doesn't necessarily mean that the new game version has been released, right now the latest public build is 0.4.4.2.1, latest paid build is 0.4.5.1
If new version goes public simply follow "Install instructions" section here on the main page
