Can I use the solar taser on one combat turn and then throw it as an EMP grenade on my next turn? Or does the taser have to be charged to be used as a grenade?
Also, where do I need to have Alora cards to get the +1 atk? In my inventory, tool, or active?
on your active body! (it's not a tool, only goes in your inventory or active)
