Oh, I'm only now realizing that maybe you asked this question wrt carrying your choices over from season 1 to season 2? You just have to have finished season 1 on your computer or device, follow the instructions at the end (if you're on android, its' automatic on the other platforms), and then start season 2, and it'll walk you through importing your choices, no need to manually copy anything.
