Adorable pixel art. I liked your character portraits! The pace of the game felt a bit too slow for me. If you want a slower-moving character, I would advise making the levels a bit smaller and more compact. You should also consider adding a “skip to complete sentence” button so you don’t have to wait for the text to be completely written out. This felt like a bug, because when I opened the in-game menu to lower the music, the game kept registering my clicks and progressing the dialogue. Good job on your game!
