First of all, you finished a game that looks great overall — and achieving that in just 7 days is impressive. Great job, guys.
Things I liked:
-
The art style is stunning. With a bit more polish, it could easily reach a commercial level.
-
I really like the concept of managing a guild with distinct characters who join over time, each with unique traits. The ability to develop their stats and abilities has strong potential for depth and progression.
-
The quest system is engaging, especially the idea of selecting specific guild members depending on the quest type. That strategic layer adds meaningful decision-making.
Constructive Feedback:
-
My main issue relates to the second phase of the game, after sending characters on a quest. I’m not sure if I misunderstood the mechanics, but I felt somewhat confused during this part. I was only given the option to choose between two responses, and it wasn’t clear why quests were being completed successfully or unsuccessfully.

I would consider redesigning this section to make the cause-and-effect relationship more transparent to the player. With clearer feedback and stronger mechanics in this phase, I believe the game could become truly outstanding, as the foundation is already very strong.
