The descriptions says there are 20 characters, however, only 12 are in the download.

You’re absolutely right — that was a mistake in the product description on my end. The pack currently includes 12 characters, and I’ve corrected the text to avoid further confusion.
I’m sorry for the oversight. If you purchased the pack expecting 20, I’m happy to offer a full refund — or, if you prefer, you can choose any other product from the store for free (including Tavern Nights Atmospheres or any other pack you’d like).
