pretty good foundation! I think the dash needs to be a bit stronger and also the movement in general feels a bit clanky, not very smooth but I think once you fix that aspect It'll be a very good game
also, a minor suggestion I think it is best to have the dialog and the character be visible at the same time other wise it feels a bit disconnected.
overall, very good! there is definitely a lot to this game
