If I'm being honest, it feels as though you're just looking to argue or look down your nose for the sake of it. Perhaps that's not your intention, but that's how you're coming across.

Yeah, as I had said, I wasn't even aware of the change and removal until you said it at the start of this comment chain. As far as I knew it was the same as when I played. So your issue with me not commenting or offering feedback on the removal or its replacement is far more "pointless".

This is just as "pointless" because you make it sound as though the feedback was meant for the average user or fan of the game. It wasn't. Though, I'm sure some people would want to know whether or not there's SA (or worse) scenes in the game before they had gotten attached to the characters and/or story.
Regardless of whether or not people in general know about it, KS does. That's what matters here. If they were confused or unsure as to whether I had meant the new or old scene, or if they wanted additional detail as to what I meant they could ask for clarification, which would happily be provided.
