after 3 beers you get the choice to tell him "something", at that point if you just move forward (similar to how you can just not even tell Anna about Adrian) the option never comes by again, is a onetime thing. Same if planning to share but then not inviting him to the studio when the hallway scene happens after telling him about starmaker.
