I love the attitude on these pages. The "gotta keep working!", even in the journaling aspect with the suggested timer (so many companies want you to have an average speed below a certain threshold on the register...). And the prompts fit perfectly with everyone from everyday people to kinda "special guests" who enter the place. There's a level of stress like "please don't let this person make me feel like garbage" that's 100000% relatable after over a decade of customer service experience lol
