I think I clicked through the instructions for reservations on accident, but how do I set them up?? I tried to figure it out and ended up missing out on Joe. I'm starting my new game + soon and want to know how to do it for next time!

Once reservations have been unlocked, you can reserve a room for a guest during Set Up, by going to Guests > Future Guests > clicking on the guest's name. Just so you know, you can always refer to tutorials again by interacting with the bookcase in your bedroom.
