Wow this was great. I loved the art and the chain mechanic was unique. Although I think fundamentally it doesn't make that much sense, since there's not really any risk to placing the "spawnpoint" down. I would always take 2 hits and then place it and kill myself to get back with full health. There should be some risk to it. However sliding back on it was cool enough to make up for everything.

Glad you enjoyed the chain! There’s definitely some tweaking to be done on its functionality. In theory, it should present the player with the choice between “is this far enough to stake it down, or should I risk going further?” In practice, you can cheese the mechanic a bit :) thanks for playing!
